1. Agreement

By accessing or using syntex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using syntex, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or transfer it to another person without prior written permission.

4. Membership & billing

syntex is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Referral program

Members may earn referral credits as described on the platform. syntex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals or fraudulent referrals, may result in forfeiture of credits and account suspension.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share content from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

All content, tools, and materials provided through syntex are owned by or licensed to syntex. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express permission.

8. Disclaimer

syntex provides informational content and tools. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes. All purchasing, reselling, investing, and betting decisions are made at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, syntex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
